Responsibilities

• Overseeing and directing a wide range of events that include trade shows, industry events, and customer events. 
• Interview and hire the right vendors needed
• Coordinate with all departments involved in the organization of the event
• Invoice vendors
• Event registration
• Calendar scheduling
• Social media campaigns

Ideal Candidate will have...

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum 3 years experience with event and trade show planning
• Knowledge and understanding of common Marketing practices with hands-on experience
• Experience with Social Media
• Word, Excel and Adobe Suite
• Travel may be required
• Effective written and verbal communication
• US Citizen or Green Card holder

Salary:  $24.00 per hr.
